 The stainless steel metal scraper is hollow ground on both edges for maximum sharpness and is an important part of the Wood Doctor repair process. It is also used to remove dirt, overspray, drips and excess filler. |
 The finishing planer is used to bring the level of filler to the same height as the surrounding surface. It contains two pieces of Scotch-Brite used to bring the repair to the finish of the surrounding area. |
 The butane hot knife melts the thermo-plastic polymer color bars into the areas that are in need of repair. Unlike soft wax repair systems, these durable polymer color bars have a high melting point which allow Wood Doctor and Ceramic/Vinyl Doctor to be used for permanent repairs in high-traffic areas and outdoor applications. A wire holder is also provided for the butane hot knife. Always place the knife on its holder when not in use. |
 A selection of sixteen thermo-plastic polymer bars are provided in a wide range of colors which can be used singly or mixed to match virtually any color and shade of wood floor. |
 The colors of the polymer bars in Ceramic/Vinyl Doctor can also be mixed and matched to duplicate the common colors of tile materials |
 A selection of edge preparation pens in a range of colors are used to prepare the edges of damaged areas and also to match wood grain. |
 A sturdy plastic carrying case contains the complete Wood and Ceramic/Vinyl Doctor repair kits. |
